1. Agreement to Terms
By opting in to receive SMS or text messages from Tony’s Tri-Cities Junk Removal (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our SMS Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not opt in to our messaging program.

You may not opt in on behalf of another person without their express consent, use our messaging service to send unsolicited messages to others, or attempt to interfere with the operation of our messaging program.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our SMS program is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, timeliness, or accuracy of text messages. We are not responsible for messages that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to carrier issues, network outages, or device incompatibility.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tony’s Tri-Cities Junk Removal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our SMS program, including but not limited to message delivery failures, unauthorized access to your information, or reliance on information contained in any text message.

15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington County, Tennessee.
